About the role
A growing premium hospitality group in Ahmedabad is looking for an organised and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR policy implementation, and administrative activities across multiple restaurant outlets.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant outlets and corporate roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and social media
- Coordinate interviews, trials, and candidate follow-ups
- Develop tie-ups with universities and hotel management colleges for campus hiring and internships
- Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with selected candidates until joining
