About the role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Team Leader – Telesales to lead our existing telesales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, team handling, sales management, lead conversion, and target achievement , preferably in the stock broking, financial services, insurance, banking, or related industry.
What you'll do
- Manage and motivate the existing telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions wherever required
- Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement through effective team management
- Generate new business through acquisition of new clients
- Guide the team in lead calling, follow-ups, client communication, and conversion
