What you'll do
- Lead hands-on Angular development using modern UI/UX and Angular best practices; build repeatable, executable design strategies for tactical initiatives
- Provide design and architecture recommendations for medium- to large-scale initiatives, guiding less experienced team members through development, implementation
- Define and enforce development team standards for code quality and source code control
- Lead efforts to analyze, diagnose, and resolve performance, functional software, and end-user issues, and produce technical documentation, diagrams
- Evaluate operational feasibility of proposed solutions and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and application architectures
