About the role
We are seeking a Senior CMDB Developer to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role will be responsible for building scalable CMDB solutions, implementing Service Mapping, supporting CSDM adoption, driving data quality initiatives, and integrating enterprise discovery and asset data sources to create a trusted system of record for IT services and infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain CMDB solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and enhance CI classes, relationships, identification rules, reconciliation rules, and data models
- Ensure CMDB architecture aligns with ServiceNow best practices and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Design and implement integrations with discovery and inventory tools such as Armis, Intune, SolarWinds, SCCM, cloud providers, and other enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain Service Graph Connectors and integration patterns
