What you'll do
- Working with operations teams, subject-matter experts, and L&D leaders, the specialist will assess learning needs, develop and maintain course materials
- Training Needs and Program Design
- Partner with operations teams and the L&D Supervisor to support training needs assessments and identify learning and development gaps
- Design, develop, update, and deliver engaging training programs using classroom, virtual, online, and on-the-job learning methods
- Support the development and implementation of learning paths that strengthen employee capability and career development
