About the role
The Head – Roads & Highways will provide strategic leadership and technical direction for transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, expressways, roads, bridges, tunnels, and geotechnical engineering works. The role is responsible for driving business growth, project delivery excellence, engineering innovation, client engagement, team development, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the business strategy for Roads, Highways, Bridges, and Geotechnical engineering services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sector infrastructure projects
- Drive growth and profitability of the transportation infrastructure business
- Establish long-term relationships with clients, government authorities, concessionaires, and industry partners
- Contribute to company-wide strategic planning and infrastructure business expansion
