About the role
We are seeking a Associate Wet Utilities Engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of wet utilities systems for major infrastructure and industrial developments, including roads, rail, ports, and container terminals. The role covers stormwater and foul drainage, pressurised water networks (potable, firefighting, irrigation), pumping stations, water storage tanks, and hydrology / flood studies.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end wet utilities design for major infrastructure and industrial projects, from concept through detailed design to IFC, including drainage, water supply
- Direct and review hydrology and hydraulic analyses to establish design flows, HFLs, catchment delineation, flood risk assessments, and flood protection measures
- Oversee hydraulic modelling and design of pressurised water networks and drainage networks (open channels, ditches, culverts, piped systems), including surge analysis
- Lead preparation and approval of technical deliverables: design reports, drawings, hydraulic models, specifications, data sheets, bills of quantities
- Coordinate closely with highways, rail, structures, electrical, mechanical, architectural
