About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Modeler to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive Building Information Models for coastal and waterfront construction projects. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate 3D models that drive project efficiency and coordination.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive Building Information Models for coastal and waterfront construction projects
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate 3D models that drive project efficiency and coordination
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using industry-standard software for coastal and maritime construction projects
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Identify and resolve modeling conflicts and inconsistencies through systematic analysis and coordination
