About the role
BIM Coordinator, to support and coordinate the process of managing and creating digital information of different kinds. As an interdisciplinary position, a modelling coordinator ensures that information and data flow in a specific order according to standard BIM methodology.
What you'll do
- Assist in the delivery and management of projects from technical design to construction stage to ensure compliance and delivered to project standards
- Responsible for implementing best practice and consistent processes across the project
- Responsible for quality processes and quality standards of all deliverables, including exchange information and conversion processes
- Utilise Bentley ProjectWise with OpenBuilding Designer, and MicroStation for detailed 3D CAD model creation and documentation
- Liaise with discipline BIM leads to ensure optimized clash results using suppression rules based on modelling methods
