About the role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler – PHE with 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial projects . The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed PHE/Plumbing BIM models, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain detailed PHE/Plumbing BIM models using Revit MEP
- Prepare plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, sections, and detailed drawings
- Coordinate PHE models with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Fighting disciplines
- Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, schedules, and documentation as required
