About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Grading Design Engineer with strong expertise in land development, site grading, roadway design, and utility coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering subdivision developments, site plan projects, commercial site developments, and municipal capital projects.
What you'll do
- Develop and prepare detailed civil engineering designs for land development and municipal infrastructure projects
- Design and coordinate site grading, drainage, parking lots, roadway alignments, and utility servicing for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
- Prepare grading plans, servicing plans, stormwater management designs, and construction drawings
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, municipalities, utility providers, and project stakeholders
- Perform design calculations and ensure compliance with applicable municipal standards and regulations
