About the role
The GA Lead will manage the General Accountants team in Bangalore and will be responsible for processing clear reconciliations and a group of reports on behalf of multiple entities around the group in multiple regions. This is an integral role and requires accurate execution, and a strong attention to detail and a good understanding of the figures.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of 6-8 members to address all performance issues
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Develop, produce, and review various business reports
- Support the month-end closing
- Participate in process improvement activities
