About the role
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) – MEP with 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial projects . The candidate will be responsible for managing the cost and commercial aspects of MEP works, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and payment certification.
What you'll do
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for MEP works
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope and quantities
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals
- Manage the cost control and commercial aspects of MEP packages throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and verify contractor/subcontractor measurements, invoices, and payment applications
