About the role
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor- MEP (Pre-Contract) to join our team in Bangalore for MESA project support. The role involves managing cost planning, estimating, measurement, and commercial analysis for GCC buildings and infrastructure scope - pre-contract stage.
What you'll do
- Review design drawings, specifications, and scope documents for buildings and infrastructure packages
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs at concept, schematic, and detailed / tender design stages
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates in compliance with POMI, NRM, and CESMM standards as applicable
- Support preparation of tender submissions, cost schedules, and rate build-ups
- Conduct market research on material, labour, and subcontractor rates within the UAE
