About the role
We're looking for an experienced Senior BIM Designer specializing in bridge infrastructure to join our innovative team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead the development of comprehensive Building Information Models for complex bridge projects, ensuring seamless coordination across all disciplines while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and excellence.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with structural engineers, civil engineers, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free, integrated models and resolve design conflicts efficiently
- Perform advanced 3D modeling, visualization, and analysis to support design optimization, constructability reviews, and informed decision-making
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and documentation procedures across projects, fostering consistency and quality
- Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings, identifying and resolving conflicts proactively before construction phases
- Lead BIM implementation strategies and mentor junior designers on modeling techniques, best practices, and project-specific requirements
