About the role
We are seeking Senior Facade Designer as a key member of the Facade Design team responsible for delivering high-quality facade design solutions, technical documentation, and project coordination across a range of building projects. The role requires expertise in façade systems, detailing, drafting, fabrication documentation, design coordination, and stakeholder management.
What you'll do
- Develop detailed façade system designs based on architectural concepts and sketches
- Prepare façade tender packages, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation
- Create 3D models and design details using AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, and SketchUp Pro
- Prepare façade technical specifications, material schedules, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
- Develop budgetary costing and quantity assessments for facade design proposals
