Urban Planner at Egis Group. Assist in preparation of the Detailed Master Plan for the Township.
What you'll do
- Assist in preparation of the Detailed Master Plan for the Township
- Support preparation of land-use plans, zoning proposals, development control strategies and phasing plans
- Assist in developing access and movement strategies, street hierarchy and land-use–transport integration in coordination with the planning team
- Prepare and analyse existing and proposed land-use, infrastructure, social amenities and development potential
- Support planning for mixed-use development, housing, commercial/tourism areas, public amenities and open spaces/blue-green networks
