Focusing exclusively on senior leadership, Egon Zehnder provides comprehensive leadership solutions for individuals, teams, and organizations. As an expert you will be working on projects related to identifying leaders, shaping succession, strengthening governance, developing leadership capabilities, and enabling transformation.

What you'll do

• Act as a thought partner to client teams on strategically important engagements
• Collaborate with colleagues (Consultants, Experts, and EAs) on project execution, pitch preparation, business development, and knowledge management
• Manage project teams throughout the search process to drive strategy, execution, and client outcomes
• Lead and manage global projects (including market research, pitch preparation, analyses
• Identify, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates through the firm’s internal network, external resources, and market outreach
