About the role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Jr. IT Ops Engineer / IT Ops Engineer to join our Global Helpdesk team.
What you'll do
- Provide first-level support for incidents, service requests, and end-user technical issues
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, Exchange Online, OWA, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and calendaring services
- Manage user lifecycle activities including provisioning, modifications, deactivations, password resets, access requests, and MFA administration
- Support endpoint management through Intune and SCCM
- Assist with Azure AD (Entra ID) administration and access-related requests
