About the role
NetSuite Finance Functional analyst will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the NetSuite system, providing functional and support to NetSuite technical team; setup & configure the system to meet business users' needs, coordinate with different stakeholders to collect business requirements, prepare functional design document and provide system training to business users.
What you'll do
- Identify, evaluate and understand customer requirements to help with NetSuite set up, configuration and customization
- Design, develop and test enhancements in alignment with client's business process requirements
- Document interactions with business users, requirements and concerns
- Perform and present Gap analysis
- Prepare business process documents and functional specs for customization
