People Programs Lead

About the role

The People Programs Lead will support the planning and execution of key people and talent initiatives across Digital IT and Global Functions, with a strong emphasis on the Digital IT Learning Academy. The role will bring structure, coordination discipline, content support and follow-through to learning, engagement, recognition, talent and workforce programs.

What you'll do

• Deliver the Digital IT Learning Academy: Coordinate the learning calendar, cohorts, participant communications, trainer readiness, vendor logistics
• Support HR program execution: Provide PMO support for people initiatives across Digital IT and Global Functions, including recognition, engagement, workforce planning
• Support workforce planning and strategy: Help maintain workforce plans, role and capability views
• Support the annual performance review process: Coordinate key CPDR milestones, manager communications, trackers
• Manage Workday data: Maintain accurate organization structures, reporting relationships, job requisitions
