Manager, RFP

About the role

We are looking for an experienced RFP Manager to lead and scale our global RFP and proposal function. This is a player-coach role for someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to deliver a critical RFP and building the processes, content, and capabilities that make the broader team more effective.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with Sales and Solutions Consulting to understand the customer, competitive landscape, and win strategy behind each response
• Build strong, trusted relationships across Product, Security, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and other subject-matter experts
• Create a collaborative working model that makes it easy for teams to contribute while maintaining clear accountability and deadlines
• Develop compelling proposal narratives that clearly articulate our differentiation, capabilities, and value
• Build and maintain a scalable library of approved RFP content, customer evidence, product information, security responses, and other reusable materials
