HCM BI Publisher (BIP)/ OTBI Senior Analyst

About the role

You will have the opportunity to contribute to work that may involve building new Oracle cloud solutions; migrating applications to co-exist in the hybrid cloud (On-Premise and Cloud); deploying a global cloud application across multiple countries. Primary focus on developing custom solutions using BIP/ OTBI reports

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from HR and business stakeholders
• Design and develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)
• Build custom data models using SQL, and create RTF, Excel templates
• Create and configure OTBI analyses, subject area queries, and dashboards
• Develop reports for HCM areas such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, and
