About the role
We are looking for a motivated Linux L1 Administrator to provide first-level support for Linux servers and infrastructure. The role involves monitoring system performance, handling incidents, performing routine administration tasks, and ensuring server availability in a 24x7 production environment.
What you'll do
- Monitor Linux servers, applications, and services using enterprise monitoring tools
- Monitor CPU, Memory, Disk, Swap, Network, and Process utilization
- Respond to alerts and incidents generated by monitoring platforms
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per escalation matrix
- Perform daily server health checks
