What you'll do
- This role, GOSO(Global Omnichannel Strategy & Operations) - Sales Force Optimization Associate Consultant
- These capabilities may include , Customer Segmentation & Targeting , Sales force Sizing, Structure, Territory Alignment Design and Maintenance
- Collate information regarding the field force size, structure, performance, etc. for purposes of analysis
- Conduct analysis of the data and cascade the overall sales target to the sales associate level
- Work with the HR and sales teams to set annual targets for the field force and provide inputs to optimize the field force effectiveness
