What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Actively seeking out a large pool of IT candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking
- Handle bulk hiring, campus hiring, and internal job postings (IJP), Sourcing
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals and other sourcing channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
