About the role
We are seeking a Sr. analyst Macros to join our growing organization in Indore . This position is responsible for managing transition calls and stabilizing the process in addition to overseeing day-to-day production activities.
What you'll do
- Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on process performance, focusing on identifying trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Identify opportunities to streamline data processes, automate report generation, and enhance data analysis efficiency leveraging tools such as Power BI and Smartsheet
- Collaborate with department supervisors and managers ensure accurate and seamless integration of data for organizational reporting
- Support the design of custom metrics and ad hoc reports to meet emerging business needs
