About the role
The Team Leader – Financial Shared Services will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of financial processes. This role requires strong leadership, process knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a shared services environment.
What you'll do
- Lead and supervise a team handling core finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards across all financial operations
- Monitor daily operations and resolve process-related issues to maintain service quality
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Review and approve transactions, reports, and reconciliations prepared by the team
