About the role
This is a Senior, high-trust seat partnering directly with Sales and GTM leadership. You will own the people strategy for the stakeholder group - org design, workforce plans, performance, compensation and culture - and you will be expected to own outcomes end to end. The playbook is yours to write.

- Partner with Sales and GTM leaders as a true advisor on people strategy ensuring that you are a critical contributor to meeting business goals
- Own compensation strategy for Sales and GTM: bands, incentives and offers that attract, grow and retain top talent in a competitive market
- Build the culture and operating rhythm of a high-performing, high-ownership GTM team
- Bring data and AI-first thinking to every people decision you make
