Program Manager - Founder Branding

About the role

About 70% of our users have never coded before. They are small business owners, solo founders, and operators who had an idea and no engineer to build it with. We are hiring someone to run founder branding for our CEO and co-founder. You will own the founder content programme end-to-end, with LinkedIn, X, and newsletters as the main surfaces.

What you'll do

• Draft LinkedIn posts, X posts, and threads for both founders, in their own voice
• Write and ship a regular newsletter
• Run a weekly or fortnightly capture session with each founder to source raw material
• Own the content calendar and hold the publishing cadence
• Manage the approval loop and keep the turnaround short
