What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction activities for new employees, including documentation, orientation programs, systems access, workplace readiness
- Coordinate pre-boarding activities such as offer documentation, background verification, health assessments, relocation support, and new hire communications
- Support workforce planning and administration for apprentices, interns, trainees, and contract workforce needs, including onboarding, attendance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, contractor governance processes, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Coordinate internal and external HR audits by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting audit reviews
