What you'll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of project documentation from project award through final submission
- Actively participate in project kick-off meetings to understand customer documentation requirements
- Maintain document status in EDDI and Vendor Document Register Lists (VDRL)
- Upload documents to customer portals or share via email as required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (factories, project managers, engineering, quality teams) and customers to ensure on-time submission and approvals
