What you'll do
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, specifications, service scope, budget, delivery expectations, and business priorities
- Manage sourcing activities for indirect materials and services such as MRO and maintenance supplies, facilities services, utilities support, safety items, Tooling
- Identify, assess, and develop capable suppliers based on technical compliance, quality, cost, service, delivery, financial stability
- Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, obtain competitive quotations, conduct bid analysis, and recommend suppliers through a transparent commercial evaluation
- Lead commercial negotiations covering price, payment terms, delivery, warranty, service levels, contractual conditions, and total cost of ownership
