Position at ( Pressure Management Business unit At Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu) is a strategic resource that will plan, develop and implement actions to drive continuous improvement at suppliers.
What you'll do
- Lead Supplier Continuous Improvement projects
- Conduct supplier trainings if necessary to improve supplier’s performance
- Develop and follow up corrective actions or development plans to supplier until meets our objectives
- Conduct Technical Reviews for NPD FA & Pilot Run, follow with suppliers in cooperation with Commodity Teams and Quality Teams
- Monitor and improve the performance of awarded suppliers
