What you'll do
- Provide application support to the Oracle Order management module (ASO, ONT, Pricing), as well as Pricing integration with Vendavo software
- Continuous review of Quote/Order processes and configuration to increase stability, speed and reduce support calls
- Develop strong relationship with business process owners and in particular the ISV Pricing team
- Work with Sales Leadership team to develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements, organizational changes
- Facilitate discussions with end-users to translate business requirements into functional specifications
