In this role, you will drive quality strategy and execution to ensure the highest standards of product quality, process excellence, product approvals and certifications, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the quality strategy for Actuation Technologies India, aligning quality objectives with business priorities and customer expectations
• Lead and continuously improve quality management systems, processes, and governance to drive operational excellence and compliance
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Global Quality teams to achieve quality goals and business performance objectives
• Drive product quality improvements through data analysis, root cause investigation, corrective actions, and preventive measures
• Support product approvals, certifications, and regulatory requirements to ensure products meet applicable standards and customer needs
