About the role
If you are a QA/QC specialist, Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a QA/QC Manager/ Sr. Engineer to work for our India Pressure Management Business unit, Vadodara, Gujarat location. You will ensure that the systems under manufacture meet the required standards and specifications.
What you'll do
- Process Development: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to be followed during skid/system development and fabrication
- Auditing: Ensure adherence to industry codes & standards, and safety regulations by leading internal and external audits
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with the afore mentioned and company policies
- Conduct Vendor surveillance audits to monitor performance and qualification audits for inclusion into vendors list
- Develop and implement project quality plans to meet the quality requirements of project specifications and provide monthly status reports to the Project Manager
