What you'll do
- Promote and reinforce a strong culture of safety across supplier operations and development activities
- Lead supplier development strategies that align with business goals, operational priorities, and customer requirements
- Drive supplier transfer and localization programs through effective project management, stakeholder collaboration, and execution planning
- Review supplier manufacturing proposals, assess production feasibility, and partner with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical and commercial issues
- Collaborate with supply chain, planning, quality, and procurement teams to address supplier performance challenges and implement sustainable solutions
