About the role
The Software Regional Business Manager is responsible for accelerating Emerson T&M Group (NI) software growth across assigned regions by connecting global strategy with regional execution. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Channel, and Regional Leadership teams to build pipeline, expand adoption, improve renewals, and drive measurable business outcomes across broad-based and enterprise account motions.
What you'll do
- Own and execute the regional software growth plan, translating global software strategy into local market actions across territories, channels, and strategic accounts
- Drive software business performance through pipeline generation, conversion, adoption, renewal, expansion, and retention initiatives
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Channel, Distributor, and Regional Leadership teams to align priorities and accelerate growth
- Serve as the regional voice of the customer and field organization, bringing market feedback and execution insights to Software Business Unit leadership
- Lead through influence in a highly matrixed global organization by establishing priorities, operating cadences, success metrics, and accountability
