About the role
We are looking for students who would be willing to take up internships with us in the field of HR recruitments. We will train you on using portals and end to end recruitment activities in corporate. To write up JD understand the positions and work on the same. Head hunting skills, different sources of recruiting.
What you'll do
- Calling up candidates to discuss job opportunities, interview scheduling, report and analysis , offer negotiation
- Write up JD understand the positions and work on the same
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
