About the role
An HR intern should be able to handle manpower planning, recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and ratings. An HR intern job will also include the planning and execution of employee motivational and welfare activities. An HR intern introduces, evaluates, monitors, and reviews HR and admin policies and makes recommendations for amendments.
