About the role
This role provides frontline support for consultants and customers using the Adapt2 (A2) ISO product, investigating shadow settlements and database-dependent processes in Microsoft SQL Server. Responsibilities include troubleshooting T-SQL stored procedures, tracing report downloads and parsing, validating market data, and supporting complex issue resolution with senior analysts.
What you'll do
- Provide frontline technical support for A2 customers and consultants, investigating issues and escalating tier 3 cases with clear diagnostic evidence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to help optimize their use of the A2 enterprise solution
- Analyze A2 data and job status in Microsoft SQL Server to identify recurring issues, recommend improvements, and contribute to long-term resolutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex T-SQL stored procedures for A2 shadow settlements, allocations and transmission profit and loss; validate results
