What you'll do
- Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for healthcare RCM and executive productivity use cases
- Develop advanced Power Automate workflows for approvals, routing, escalations, reminders, and business process orchestration
- Configure AI-assisted workflows using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude within approved governance standards
- Establish prompting standards, validation controls, and quality review processes for AI-generated outputs
- Support and optimize revenue cycle processes including: Patient Access
