About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Software Engineering to lead and scale high-performing software engineering teams within Ensemble Health Partners India. This role will be responsible for driving execution excellence, strengthening engineering practices, improving platform reliability, and supporting technology strategy across multiple product engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Engineering Leadership & Technical Execution
- Lead software engineering team responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications and platforms
- Partner with stake holders to execute the product engineering roadmap aligned with platform, and business priorities
- Provide technical direction across application design, architecture reviews, reusable components, engineering standards, and solution delivery
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, maintainable, and aligned with modern engineering practices
