About the role
They are responsible for scheduling software support, workload balancing of scheduled and non-scheduled work within the mainframe and server environment, support of code promotion and reporting products on mainframe and server environments. The Data Center Operations Analyst provides technical support to computer operators and account teams, as well as other support groups.
