What you'll do
- The researching, design, developing and delivering of engaging and industry leading Mainframe training materials
- Delivery of training courses in an engaging and professional manner, using a variety of different training delivery techniques
- Technical coaching of Fresher/ Junior Mainframe hires for meeting time bound production readiness into the aligned areas
- Conducting and organizing technical interviews and assessments
- Contributing to continual process improvement through cross-department collaboration
