Automation Testing Trainer - Remote Job

About the role

As an Automation Testing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality training that enables learners to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of automation testing. You will be responsible for providing hands-on training to learners, developing training materials, creating and managing training schedules, and ensuring that the training programs are effective in achieving the desired learning outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver training programs on automation testing, including creating training materials, designing course outlines and syllabus
• Provide hands-on training and mentoring to learners to ensure they develop a strong understanding of automation testing concepts, tools, and frameworks
• Develop and execute training plans, schedules, and delivery methods that align with the needs of the learners and the organization
• Assess the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes
