About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consumer Leads Manager to oversee our lead generation initiatives and ensure the effective acquisition and nurturing of consumer leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to grow the consumer pipeline, managing lead generation campaigns, and collaborating with both sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
What you'll do
- Manage the entire lifecycle of consumer leads, from acquisition to conversion
- Manage the growing leads database and continuously be on top of it
- Assign leads to team members and monitor the progress on leads
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and manage campaigns that generate quality leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead hand-off and improve conversion rates
