About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Phonics Online Instructor to deliver interactive and engaging phonics lessons to children through virtual platforms. The instructor will guide young learners in mastering reading skills, letter-sound relationships, blending and decoding words. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a love for fostering literacy skills in young minds.

What you'll do

• Develop age-appropriate phonics lessons focused on foundational literacy skills
• Conduct engaging and interactive online classes using tools such as videos, songs and games
• Use real-life examples, stories and visuals to teach letter recognition, sounds, blending and segmenting
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the varying needs of learners
