Global Support Specialist[Immigration Operations]

About the role

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our global immigration teams across multiple regions by ensuring accurate case setup, seamless document management, and timely administrative coordination. As our Global Support Specialist, you will be required to: Manage end‑to‑end setup of new assessments and immigration cases received through various communication channels.

What you'll do

• Play a critical part in supporting our global immigration teams across multiple regions by ensuring accurate case setup, seamless document management
• Manage end‑to‑end setup of new assessments and immigration cases received through various communication channels
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of client information, case details, and relevant data into internal systems
• Handle secure collection, uploading, and organization of client documents, including passports, CVs, job descriptions, diplomas, employment contracts, questionnaires
• Ensure proper storage and categorization of files across document repositories and case management platforms
